Can I use a digital photo or does it have to be a print?
Digital photos work perfectly—often better than prints because we can optimize the image before printing. Upload a JPG or PNG file when you order. The clearer and larger the image, the sharper your ornament will look.
What if I don't like the proof?
You can request changes—reposition the photo, adjust text size, change a name spelling, try a different layout—and we'll send you a revised proof at no extra cost. Only after you approve does production begin.
